Eurasia Group is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Coordinator with a positive attitude and good troubleshooting skills for our Information Technology department at our New York City (Flatiron) location.  The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day technology issues and infrastructure projects between our various offices worldwide.  You will be amenable to working some nights and weekends to help support our business in European and Asian markets, notably Japan.  You will be a responsible self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.  You will support both large and small technology projects and have the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.  You will see opportunities to raise the bar, and with a detail-oriented focus and excellent non-technical communication skills for end-users, you will drive the adoption of new applications and services.  You are highly organized, have exceptional people skills, and ultimately commit to an incredible digital experience for Eurasia Group’s employees. 

 Responsibilities Include: 

  • Providing workflow coordination between EG Sites: DC, NY, LN, and remote sites (Singapore, Tokyo, Brazil, and Sao Paulo). 
  • Working with IT site leads for NY, LN, DC, and Tokyo contacts to drive standards and ensure process-based ticket documentation and resolution for all on-site needs. 
  • Acting as a point of contact for all types of service requests, taking ownership for seeing them through to resolution by coordinating between Eurasia staff and outsourced Managed Service Provider; prioritizing and escalating as necessary. 
  • Helping manage and maintain technical policies (i.e., security, Azure CAPs, MDM) and configurations. 
  • Help influence and execute an evolving security playbook. 
  • Assisting with creating how-to-guides. 
  • Maintaining software licensing and hardware inventories. 
  • Proactively researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve systemic issues 
  • Being an excellent colleague and team member, communicating patiently and effectively. 

Requirements: 

  • At least 5-7 years of experience as an IT Manager supporting a company’s tech infrastructure, including SaaS products, basic networking, device management (Mac/Windows), data security, software oversight, video-production (a plus), VoIP, and video conferencing. 
  • Spent the last few years with Azure (hands-on) – knows how and where to find things in the constantly evolving Microsoft environment 
  • Office 365 administration & T2/T3 support 
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills 
  • Excellent (high quality and timely) communication skills 
  • Collaborative team player with vendors 
  • Excellent technical bedside manner with end-users (on-site and remote) 
  • Ticket management (currently using ServiceNow)
